For a new Danish annual subscription, you may give notice before five months have passed. During the first year, the one-month notice period to month-end is counted no earlier than the five-month anniversary. For Finland, statutory rights to end the contract earlier due to significant unexpected life circumstances remain unaffected; you may use the extraordinary or direct cancellation route.

No calendar data is deleted. Only the subscription ends.
During the initial term, the contract ends at the end of that term. If it has already renewed indefinitely, it ends one month after your termination — for an annual subscription, we refund the amount attributable to the period after the contract ends, calculated on a daily pro rata basis.
All Premium functions remain usable until the end of the contract.
The free plan then applies automatically; additional calendars and shares become read-only until you return to Premium or reduce your usage to the Free limits.
No Stripe action or refund is triggered automatically by this form; contract processing is handled manually.

This direct cancellation method is independent of third-party scripts. Server-side rate and size limits as well as an invisible bot field protect it against misuse.

The contract end date is shown in the cancellation receipt. Manual contract processing does not change when your declaration was received.

Cancel faster with an email code

The subscription is automatically assigned and processed.

Questions & alternatives

Once signed in, you can use Settings → Subscription & Payment in the app to manage invoices and payment methods (Stripe customer portal) and start the automatic cancellation with email code. Within the first fourteen days after the contract is concluded, you also have your Right of withdrawal.

Cancellation and withdrawal are also effective if declared informally by email or letter to the address stated in the Legal notice.
