Withdrawal instructions

You can access this page throughout the withdrawal period using the “Withdraw from contract” button in the footer of every page and, while the period is still running, under “Subscription & Zahlung" in der Web-App.
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. These instructions apply to taking out a paid Private Calendar Premium subscription. The free plan does not create a paid contract and is not covered by these instructions.
If you withdraw, we refund the full amount paid to you, without deductions or compensation for the time already used.
These instructions also apply to orders with a billing address in Austria, Switzerland, Finland, Denmark, the Netherlands, Ireland or Sweden. In those countries, Link (Sold through Link, LLC), as merchant of record, handles payment, invoicing and taxes on behalf of the provider. Your contractual partner and the recipient of your withdrawal remain Private Calendar – Julius Kramer. The refund is then made through Link to your original payment method.
Faster option: automatic withdrawal
Withdrawal through this page is processed manually: your declaration is received immediately and preserves the withdrawal deadline (§ 355 BGB), and you immediately receive a complete acknowledgement of receipt. Ending the subscription and issuing the refund are then handled manually. Under § 357 BGB, we must refund the amount paid within fourteen days of receiving your withdrawal. Manual processing and the time taken by your bank to credit the refund may therefore cause a delay.

This form receives your withdrawal without signing in or using a confirmation code. Your declaration is sent unchanged to the operator and processed manually. No Stripe action or refund is triggered automatically by this form. You immediately receive a complete acknowledgement of receipt by email and for saving.

Ending the subscription and issuing the full refund are handled manually. You will receive the outcome separately. The statutory refund period of fourteen days from receipt remains unaffected.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which the contract was concluded.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. You can also use the online withdrawal described above or the automatic online withdrawal with an email code.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
No compensation for use. We do not charge a proportionate amount for the time you have already used Premium, and we retain nothing. You receive the full amount paid. With automatic online withdrawal, the refund is initiated immediately. With the direct withdrawal form on this page, it is initiated manually. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the credit usually takes 5 to 10 working days.

How to cancel online
Withdrawal is only possible within the first 14 days. Independently of this, you can cancel your subscription without signing in on the Cancel contract page or through the route provided there in the web app under “Subscription & Payment”. During the initial term, cancellation takes effect at the end of that term. Afterwards, the contract continues for an indefinite period and can be cancelled at any time with one month’s notice. For an annual subscription, we refund the remuneration attributable to the period after the contract ends proportionately, calculated for each day.
