Automatic withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Here you can withdraw from your paid Private Calendar Premium subscription online in two steps: enter your email address, then the code from the confirmation email – done. Your subscription ends immediately and the full refund is issued immediately, without deductions and without compensation for the time already used.
- No calendar data is deleted. Your account remains on the free plan and continues to work.
- The verification code prevents anyone from withdrawing from someone else’s contract and triggering a refund.
- Depending on the bank or card issuer, the credit usually takes 5 to 10 business days.

We have also emailed your withdrawal confirmation. Your account remains active on the free plan; no data is deleted.
No code received? Withdrawal may not be available for this address, for example because the 14-day period has expired or there is no paid subscription. You can still end your subscription at any time via Cancel contract. Otherwise, feel free to contact us by email; the contact options listed in the Legal notice are of course available to you.
Send your declaration to the operator for manual processing. Ending the subscription and issuing the refund are handled manually and may take longer, but the statutory refund deadline is fourteen days from receipt.
