Premium

More calendars. Share.
Subscribe.

The free plan remains generous. Premium increases the limits for people who use multiple calendars, share them with others and add external calendars.

€18.00 per year (equivalent to €1.50 per month) or €2.99 per month, can be cancelled monthly. Final prices for Germany; taxes are added for Austria, Switzerland, Finland, Denmark, the Netherlands, Ireland and Sweden.

Your calendar content remains end-to-end encrypted. The server cannot read titles, locations and descriptions even with Premium. The Android and iPhone apps load external iCal link subscriptions directly from the source and synchronize them as ciphertext. Payments are handled by Stripe; calendar content doesn't reach Stripe.

What Premium unlocks

Everything from the free plan, plus the following features.

Up to 25 calendars of your own

Instead of two. Clearly separate work, family, projects and clubs.

Share your own calendars

Invite others with end-to-end encryption and read or write permission. Invitees do not need Premium to join.

Booking links

Share available times by link, even with people who have no account. They see a weekly view of available slots and send a request; only your acceptance makes it an event. Add buffers before and after other events, and optionally limit a link to one booking. On request, the person receives an email confirmation with a calendar invitation. Use up to 15 booking links at once. Available times are encrypted with a key contained only in the link, and only you can read the request.

External iCal subscriptions

Subscribe to calendars by URL, such as holiday, sports or team schedules. The Android and iPhone apps retrieve them directly and encrypt them end to end before synchronization. This requires at least one signed-in Android device or iPhone permitted to perform background work.

Widgets for Android and iPhone

Your calendar on the Home Screen: day, three days, month or agenda, with calendar selection and a light or dark appearance. By default, widgets show busy times without titles; you can choose to display appointment titles.

Widgets show the latest locally available data. Updates depend on the operating system and a successful sync and may be delayed. Visible content can be read outside the biometric app lock. Widgets do not replace reliable deadline monitoring.

Much more storage

500 MB instead of 25 MB per account. That's enough for many appointments over many years. Exactly how many there are depends on the entry: notes, repetitions and reminders take up different amounts of space.

Multiple reminders

Multiple freely adjustable reminders per appointment or task – in minutes, hours, days or weeks. Browsers, Android, iOS and their respective energy saving rules may delay or prevent delivery.

Task deadlines

Set a due date, schedule reminders and see open tasks as a red deadline block with a day badge. Don't use notifications as the sole control of critical deadlines.

Two colour palettes

Choose between Alpine Blue and the colourful Rose Garden with rose pink, peach, sage and lavender. Calendar and entry colours change together and maintain their fixed position.

Working time counter

Appointment duration is free in the desktop browser and apps. With Premium, a working time window calculates the whole day’s working time for up to three calendars that you choose, minus the statutory rest break of the selected country, and shows elapsed and total working time for the week with a progress bar. The counter is available in the desktop browser and the Android and iPhone apps, and is a display aid rather than a time-tracking system. It is not available in the browser’s narrow phone layout.

Sleep window

Your bedtime is calculated backwards from the next day’s first timed event and your chosen sleep duration. The lead-up appears as a block in the day and week grids, with an optional reminder when it starts. A display aid, not medical advice.

Twilight

Sunrise and sunset are calculated from the date and a self-selected location. Night, twilight and golden hour lie as a pale layer behind the day and week grid. Desktop browser, Android and iPhone app only; not in the narrow phone layout.
